I am a practicing Licensed Massage Therapist, and Reflexologist with training in Lymphatics, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Reiki, and Aromatherapy.

Whether you are experiencing a problem, in pain or just looking to relax, massage can help! I want to know how you are doing, so I allow time before each session to talk and to learn about any areas that you would like to focus on, your massage time does not start until you are on the table.  

I especially like helping individuals living with chronic conditions and the elderly. 

Services Menu and Pricing:

Massage:  Massage is a therapeutic and relaxing style of bodywork. I specialize in Swedish Massage, Neuromuscular Techniques and Myofascial Release. Each session is customized to the client's needs and conditions.

Reflexology:  Reflexology is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet. Unlike other foot massages that intend to mostly relieve tension in the feet themselves, reflexology is a far more in-depth science that aims to harmonize your entire body. 

Reiki: Reiki is a holistic healing technique originating from Japan. It involves a practitioner channeling universal life force energy through their hands, aiming to promote balance and healing in the recipient's body, mind, and spirit. 

Pricing:  All services have a 1 hour minimum

1 hour:  $80.00
Each Additional 30 minutes:  $35.00
In Home Fee: $25.00. Only for clients that are not able to come to my studio due to an injury or chronic condition.
